Member for West Ham, North together with the letter from Mr. M. P. O'Sullivan, Secretary of the West Ham branch of the National League of the Blind and Disabled of Great Britain and Ireland about this; and what action he proposes to take.
§ Mr. Dudley SmithI am aware of and deeply concerned about the difficulties of all unemployed disabled people, including those who are blind. I have received the letter to which the hon. Member refers and am asking him to let me have details of any suitable blind workers who are thought to have been denied the opportunity of employment in a workshop for the blind.
