§ Mr. Graham PageThe council's application for an additional capital allocation from the special programme for development and intermediate areas related solely to the purchase of land and thus did not satisfy the conditions of that programme. The redevelopment scheme is eligible for consideration within the county area arrangements for locally determined schemes.
