Mr. Wingfield Digby

asked the Prime Minister what changes have been made in the composition of the United Kingdom delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe.

My hon. Friend the Member for Hornsey (Mr. Rossi) has been appointed a member of the United Kingdom delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe in the place of my hon. Friend the Member for Chelmsford (Mr. St. John-Stevas), who becomes a substitute member in the place of my noble Friend the Lord O'Neill of the Maine.

I have also appointed my noble Friend Lord Selsdon a substitute member of the delegation in the place of my noble Friend the Duke of Devonshire.
