§ Mr. Peter ThomasI published a draft order under the Highways Act, 1959 on 20th April, 1971 showing my proposed route for this road The work will be carried out at the same time as the Pontardulais bypass is built Subject to the completion of the statutory processes and availability of funds, I hope to complete the road by 1976.
