§ 30. Mr. Wingfield Digbyasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether she is aware of the large number of national treasures in museums, but not exhibited; and whether she will take steps to give the public increased opportunity to see objects of general interest by putting them on show wherever space is available.
§ Mr. van StraubenzeeMy noble Friend is well aware of the problems of the trustees in increasing the proportions of the collections in the national museums and galleries which are exhibited to the public.
