§ Mr. CarlisleImplementation of the remaining provisions of the Act which the Government intend to bring into force must be related to the further development of the relevant local authority services. My right hon. Friend is in touch with his right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Social Services and for Wales about this, but I think it unlikely that further implementation will be possible in 1972.
