§ 51. Mr. Goronwy Robertsasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry how long the Government-built factory in Penygroes, Caernarvonshire, has been vacant; how many prospective tenants have been interviewed; and what are the prospects of letting the tenancy.
§ Mr. Anthony GrantThe Department obtained possession of the factory in May this year. It has been suggested to four firms seeking existing space. There is no immediate letting in prospect but we will, of course, continue actively to bring it to the attention of suitable industrial inquirers.
