§ Mr. Adleyasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will list in the OFFICIAL REPORT those county councils, county borough councils and borough councils which have been invited by the Forestry Commission to take powers under the Plant Health Act, 1967, to give financial assistance to householders with infected elm trees.
