§ Mr. RidleyNo trace can be found of a company named Rentavilla Ltd. I assume that the hon. Member is referring to Rentavilla Overseas Property Sales and Investments Ltd. Proceedings have been started against that company under Section 14 of the Prevention of Frauds (Investments) Act, 1958.
