§ Mr. PriorAs the right hon. Member will know it is not the practice to publish 83W detailed forecasts of changes in food prices. In giving a general warning about the likelihood of further price increases, I had in mind that, while certain seasonal price reductions may be expected in the coming months, other foods are bound to increase in price because of the effect of world market forces and of wage inflation in this country.
