Figures are not given for Scotland or Wales after 30th June, 1966, since under the Transfer of Functions (Building Control and Historic Buildings) Order, 1966, responsibility for making these grants in respect of Scotland and Wales was transferred to the respective Secretaries of State with effect from 1st July, 1966.
