Mr. Rostasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether, as part of his Department's inquiry into the voluntary housing movement, consideration will be given to the establishment of a new registry of housing associations as the central registering authority for all voluntary housing bodies.
§ Mr. ChannonConsideration will certainly be given to registration or listing of housing associations as a pre-requisite of the receipt of public funds, though this does not necessarily imply setting up a new registry.
