§ Mr. KirkI have already informed the House on 13th January and again during the recent debate on the Royal Navy of the improvements that we have made and are continuing to make at the Detention Quarters. The House is also aware142W that Brigadier Maunsell, the former Inspector-General of Prisons, has been asked to advise on the establishment.
