§ Mr. Bishopasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he is aware that the legal restrictions of the Industrial Relations Bill imposing limits on the right to organise and to strike infringe the international obligations of the British Government under International Labour Organisation Convention 87, Articles 2, 3 and 7 and under the European Charter 1961 Article 6; and if he will seek to have these restrictions removed from the Bill.
