Member for West Ham, North.
§ Mr. HigginsThe figures for the year ended December, 1970 of reports and prosecutions of apparent V.E.D. offences have been delayed by the postal strike. They will be available next month and I shall send them to the hon. Member, together with the figure for payments ordered by the Courts in penalties and back duty. As I said in my reply to the hon. Member on 27th April, this last figure relates to enforcement and not to loss of revenue.—[Vol. 816, c. 66–67.]
