Lord BainielBritain is supplying the Ceylon Government with certain defence equipment, as my hon. Friend, the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, explained in his answer to the hon. Member for Bradford West (Mr. Wilkinson), on 22nd April.
