§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department why he will not seek powers to establish, in conjunction with the Metropolitan Police, a security force for collection and distribution of money, under the control of the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, on a fee-paying profit-making basis in view of the lack of control over the private concerns now enagaged in this type of activity, and the danger of criminal collusion with some of these types of organisations.
