§ Mr. NobleNotification is in accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation. The current I.C.A.O. standards are fully accepted by the United Kingdom and, insofar as present practice differs slightly from these, changes are being made progressively toward full compliance.
