§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales to what extent, in framing his forthcoming legislation on the the lines of his published White Paper relating to local government reorganisation in Wales, he will take account of representations he may receive in the near future from local government or other public bodies in Wales.
