(2) what further steps he proposes to take in the light of increasing unemployment to stimulate industrial development in the Northern Region.
§ Mr. Anthony GrantThe Government are not satisfied with the level of investment over recent years in the Northern Region. They have therefore, made major changes in investment incentives and in regional policy to provide a more effective stimulus to industrial development there and elsewhere.
