§ Mr. CarlisleNo. The listing of the results of committal proceedings is required by statute because of the restrictions on the reporting of these proceedings. There is no corresponding requirement to publish lists of those acquitted or discharged and, since there are no comparable restrictions on the reporting of trials, it would not be reasonable to place this additional burden on the courts.
