§ Mr. Anthony GrantThe Department of Trade and Industry is always ready to 193W consider promptly applications for the imposition of anti-dumping duties which are supported by prima facie evidence that the products concerned are being dumped within the meaning of the Customs Duties (Dumping & Subsidies) Act, 1969, and are causing or threatening material injury to the British producers of like goods. For this purpose, dumping normally means sales for export at prices lower than those of comparable sales in the supplier's home market.
