§ Mr. Hastingsasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what estimate he has made of the current annual loss to revenue from gas main leakage throughout the country, of the main causes of this leakage and of the danger this constitutes to plant life and trees.
§ Mr. RidleyI will bring these matters which are primarily the responsibility of the Gas Council to the attention of the Chairman.
