§ Mr. PriorThere was no consultation with fishermen's organisations before my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer announced the reduction in rates of grant on 27th October last, but the Scheme to effect this was drawn up in consultation with the White Fish Authority and the Herring Industry Board.
