§ Mr. Neave

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many widows of policemen survive who married after their husbands ceased to be regular policemen and will receive no pension in accordance with paragraph 38(1) of the Draft Police Pensions Regulations, 1971;

(2) how many widows of firemen survive who married after their husbands ceased to be regular firemen and receive no pension in accordance with paragraph 25 of the Firemen's Pension Scheme Order, 1971.
