§ Q9. Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister whether he will ensure that when transferring Parliamentary Questions which are addressed to him for his personal action and attention resulting from his official position he will not transfer these to other Ministers who have not the power and /or authority to take the action as may be requested in the Question and ensure that when transferring questions to another Minister that Minister is able to implement the wish as contained in the Question.
