Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister whether he will give for the longest most convenient period of time up until 10th June, 1970, the number of letters which he has received on the question of Great Britain's entry into the Common Market and a breakdown giving the number in favour and against and those asking for information.
§ The Prime MinisterI have received about 3,000 letters on this subject since the General Election. They express various shades of opinion and it is not possible to give the breakdown for which the hon. Member asks.
