§ Mr. Gordon CampbellI have received a few letters seeking postponement of revaluation or complaining about increased valuations. In reply it has been explained that revaluation must proceed so that the rate burden will be shared on an up-to-date basis. Where appropriate, an explanation of the valuation appeal machinery has also been given.
