§ Mr. Boscawenasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will consider strengthening Section 210 of the Companies Act, 1948, to provide a shareholder who considers himself unfairly treated with more prospect of success in making applications under this Section for an order regulating the conduct of his company's affairs or requiring the purchase of his shares by other members of the company.
