§ Mr. HigginsMr. Dennis is Chairman of the Trade Union Side of the Joint Industrial Council of the Royal Mint. My right hon. Friend received a letter from Mr. Dennis on the 13th July inviting him to receive another delegation of Royal Mint employees. A reply was sent on 26th July that he could see no useful purpose in doing so.
