§ Mr. HigginsThere is no such Fund. For at least 80 years publications detailing receipts to the Consolidated Fund have misquoted the title of the Ultimus Haeres Scotland Account by the insertion of the words "and Bastardy Fund". That error will be corrected in the next publication.
