§ Mrs. ThatcherThe management panel of the Burnham Further Education Committee has felt unable to make an offer to the teachers' panel pending the outcome of arbitration on the schoolteachers' claims, but has undertaken to resume negotiations as soon as practicable thereafter. Negotiations with teachers in colleges of education have been held up for the same reason.
