§ Mr. Peter WalkerAs my hon. Friend will know, my right hon. Friend the Home Secretary is already concerning himself through the Urban Aid Programme with the problems of urban areas suffering from multiple forms of deprivation. The S.N.A.P. experiment which I have visited on several occasions should make a valuable contribution to study in this field.
