§ Mr. Gordon CampbellI am ready to approve this scheme as soon as Coatbridge Town Council has completed its preparations, which include the statutory procedures necessary to stop-up certain side roads. The scheme is estimated to cost £320,000 and, from the start of work, should take about 18 months to complete.
