§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Prime Minister if he will seek powers to establish a Welsh Council of the Members of Parliament for Welsh constituencies to meet in public at Cardiff to discuss matters relating to Wales and to exercise 292W executive functions with regard to appropriate domestic matters in Wales.
§ The Prime MinisterIt would be inappropriate to consider constitutional changes relating to Wales before the Commission on the Constitution has reported.
