§ Mr. KershawSince 1966 approximately 70 United Kingdom companies and wholly owned subsidiaries of United Kingdom companies (exclusive of companies recently denationalised in Uganda) have been affected in some degree by measures of expropriation or nationalisation in the following countries
Algeria, Libyan Arab Republic, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Somali Democratic Republic, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia.It is not practicable to evaluate the assets involved.
