§ Mr. Arthur Lewis
asked the Lord President of the Council whether delegates to Western European Union meetings and its committee meetings are, in 107W addition to claiming expenses for travel costs involved in attending such meetings, also permitted to use embassy cars paid for out of Treasury funds.
