§ Mr. Elystan Morgan
asked the Prime Minister if he will change the terms of reference of the Crowther Commission on the Constitution so as to enable it to study the Constitutional changes which 92W might be necessary or desirable within the United Kingdom in the event of the United Kingdom entering the European Economic Community.
§ The Prime Minister
No. The Commission's terms of reference would not preclude them from considering the possible constitutional effects of entry into the E.E.C. if they so wished.
