§ Mr. SharplesTwo police officers were deployed for two hours and 11 officers for 15 minutes to control a crowd of well over 100 persons, some of whom were unlawfully present on private premises. Two police vehicles escorted Mr. Best's car to the nearest main road to ensure that no disorder occurred. No additional costs were involved.
