§ Mr. Anthony GrantIt is our general policy that where goods subject to import252W quotas are included in compensation trade contracts they must be accommodated within existing quota levels. Any proposals for exceptions to that policy will be considered on their merits by the Departments concerned to ensure that the interests of all those affected are taken into account.
