§ Mr. Michael Cocksasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what action he intends to take under the Gas Act, 1948, and the Gas (Consultative Council) Regulations, 1949, concerning the request by the South Western Gas Consultative Council on 17th December, 1970, and 4th January, 1971, to the South Western Gas Board to reconsider increased charges, which were ignored by the Board.
