A Class B licence means a licence for a charter service between places named in the licence (not being a group charter service) involving more than four flights in any one direction between the same two places.
A Class C licence means a licence for an air transport service between places named in the licence involving not more than four flights in any one direction between the same two places.
A Class D licence means a licence for a group charter service between places named in the licence involving more than four flights in any one direction between the same two places.
A Class E licence means a licence for an air transport service which is not restricted to flights between places named in the licence.

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether he will now abolish the Provision One regulation governing minimum prices of inclusive tour air charter operations: and whether he will make a statement.
