§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Employment whether he will arrange for the terms of reference for the Court of Inquiry appointed to inquire into the wage and salary dispute affecting the electricity supply industry to take into account during their investigations the fact that judges, the higher-paid civil servants and the chairmen of the nationalised boards have had salary increases of 67.7 per cent. since 1966 of which 36.7 per cent. has been paid or awarded for payment since April, 1970.
§ Mr. BryanThe terms of reference will enable the Court of Inquiry to take into account all relevant factors.
