§ Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will take steps to ensure that members of children's panels, operating within the provisions of the Social Work (Scotland) Act, are reimbursed for loss of work entailed in serving on such panels.
§ Mr. Gordon CampbellRegulations have already been made to provide for the payment to members of children's panels of an allowance for loss of earnings in the performance of their duties at the same rate as that payable to members of local authorities.
