Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether his attention has been drawn to the view of the European Economic Community Commission that Commonwealth citizens acquiring British citizenship should not necessarily have the same rights as other British citizens to enter the labour markets of the wider Community, should Great Britain become a member of the European Economic Com- 532W munity; and whether he intends to seek to amend the Race Relations Act in order to impose this discrimination.
