§ Mr. NobleNo firm proposals for increasing the operational capacity of these airports have been submitted.
Various plans are being considered by the British Airports Authority and Luton Corporation but they are unlikely to be finalised before a decision on the recommendations of the Commission on the Third London Airport. All these airports are, however, able to cater for an 557W increasing number of aircraft movements on the basis of existing operational facilities.
