§ Mr. Douglasasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what estimates he has made of the net effects on companies operating in Scotland of the change from 40 per cent. investment grants to free depreciation and the reduction of corporation tax announced on 27th October, 1970, assuming the Scottish proportion of corporation tax to be that given in the Scottish Budget 1969.
