§ Mr. RidleyLord Robens consulted my right hon. Friend and had his approval for the Johnson Matthey appointment. The Vickers appointment does not take effect until about the time Lord Robens' extended appointment with the N.C.B. comes to an end; the question of approval does not therefore arise.
