§ Mr. Pounderasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what discussions he has had with the Minister of Agriculture for Northern Ireland about the possibility of additional aid under the remoteness grant scheme for those farmers in Mid-Ulster who live at a height over 500 feet and who have found difficulty in obtaining electricity through the Rural Electrification Scheme.
