asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what steps he is taking to implement those recommendations of the Report of the Working Group on Migration, the Brain Drain. which concerns his Department.

Our policies for improving opportunities and incentives in industry will encourage young people to follow careers in this country. In addition the Department assists in measures to recruit engineers, techologists and scientists in North America for British industry.
